Make it memorable
Making your business website memorable is vital for gaining more business. Word-of-mouth is the most commonly used network to gain customers. Make your website something to remember. The advertising material you use should stick with visitors even after they have left the page.

Target Audience
Determining a target audience for your business could save you a lot of money and stress. Not all business are appealing to every age group, so you need to figure out the age of customers you are trying to catch the attention of. This is important for TV advertising because if you are looking to aim for younger children, broadcasting adverts on TV during school hours would be ineffective, and costly.

Add a little humour
It is okay to be serious when designing a website of advertising your business, but there is also no harm in adding a little humour to make it more appealing and memorable. In saying this, the humour you use should be age and word appropriate as it will be broadcast on television for everyone to see. Calls to action are the most important aspect of advertising. This is because it prompts the visitors to buy or view your products. Calls to action are usually found at the bottom of an advertisement or website, and are usually very brightly coloured and rather big, making it the most noticeable thing on the page. They are either portrayed in bright coloured ‘buttons’ or they include catch phrases.
