Difference between blogs and articles

Blog, short form of web blog or web log, is a website in which writings or items are posted on a regular basis and displayed in reverse chronological order. It is sometimes called the online version of a personal diary.

On the other hand,articles are fact based writing. They are formal and structured and maintain the basic rules of writing like maintaining introduction, middle, and conclusion.
The basic differences of blog and articles are given below:
